We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, since art is subjective, we understand that it may not always meet your expectations. Our refund policy ensures you have options while respecting the nature of our limited and original pieces.
Returns and Refunds:
- Original Artwork: All sales of original artwork are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for original paintings, as each piece is one-of-a-kind and irreplaceable.
- Limited Edition Prints: If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. We will gladly replace or refund prints that are damaged in transit or do not match the order placed.
- Commissions: Custom and commissioned work is non-refundable. We work closely with collectors throughout the process to ensure satisfaction before final delivery.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Email our customer service team at [your email address] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of any damage or defects.
- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send back the item, at which point we will issue a refund or replacement once the item is received.
Please note that returns must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.
Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking confirmation.
