We want to ensure your artwork arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping policies below for details on how we manage the delivery of original works and prints.
Processing Time:
- Original Artwork and Commissions: Originals are carefully packaged and shipped within 5-7 business days from purchase. For commissioned pieces, shipping timelines will be discussed individually.
- Limited Edition Prints: Please allow 3-5 business days for prints to be processed, securely packaged, and dispatched.
Domestic Shipping:
- We offer flat-rate shipping across the continental United States.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping:
- International orders are welcome. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, and additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Carriers:
- We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL to ensure safe delivery. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.
Packaging:
- All artwork is professionally packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Prints are shipped in tubes or flat, depending on size, and original pieces are boxed with protective materials.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
- If your artwork arrives damaged, please email us at artbyjaricco@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the damage and the packaging. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
- If your shipment is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs vary based on location, weight, and size of the artwork. Final shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
